In Zubin Potok, Leposavic and Zvecan, there have been developments from various backgrounds regarding the election process.
Journalist Besnik Tahiri has announced that ambassadors of representatives of various states have visited northern Kosovo.
One of them was Britain's ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargrees, who called on citizens to come out and vote.
Also reported, Serbia's flag has been removed from the polls in Zubin Potok.
