Bislimi has cited what happened to the CEC site on the evening of February 9th, treating it as a threat to European security.

I am very happy to be in Poland today to discuss with colleagues from the European ministries for a very special form of security threats for the continent at a very important moment. We've had elections last week and we've experienced this special form of security threat in connection with the attacks on the CEC page”, Bislimi said.
