Besar Niman's brother, suspected of wounding four people in Germany, surrendered to police

According to reports, he appeared at police headquarters in Bielefeld late Thursday evening accompanied by his lawyer.
Berat Nimani will appear before the judge Friday. He is being investigated on four counts of attempted murder in connection with dangerous bodily injuries.
Following the shooting before the Bilelfeld County Court on Wednesday, police declared him on the run.
At around 13:40 Wednesday, four people were shot, near the Bielefeld Regional Court -- two 25-year-olds, a 23-year-old and a 63-year-old.
Police confirmed Thursday evening that the situation of all injured is stable.
Two suspects were temporarily arrested Wednesday, but now they are free again. The suspicion has not been confirmed, police said Thursday morning.
