Barbano spoke of the Kosovo dialogue Serbia, where he said the advance in normalisation between the two states is done only through dialogue with the EU.
He stresses that the EU is the only reliable and sustainable framework for advancing normalisation.
Kosovo and Serbia's EU-mediated “Dialog remains the only reliable and stable framework for advancing normalisation. His implementation assessment falls to the competence of the EU Special Representative's Office for the Pristina Dialogue, Belgrade”, he stressed to the medium Le Canton27.ch.
Also, the boss of EULEX said the current security situation in northern Kosovo is stable and peaceful, but remains fragile.
