In an official report, police announced that investigators of the regional investigation sector in Mitrovica South, following intensive investigative work, have managed to locate and arrest suspect B.I., 33.
“suspect B.I., male, 33, has been arrested in Pristina and material evidence linking the case to” has been found and seized, reported police report.
Police also report that investigators, in co-ordination with the state prosecutor, are taking all necessary procedure-investigative actions to whiteen the full circumstances of the event.
Similarly, police arrested the other suspect, H. I, 62, confiscated three guns.
After interviewing with the prosecutor's decision on the case, he was assigned the detention measure for 48 hours. During yesterday, the victim and murder suspect are from a village and the same neighborhood.
The murder occurred around 13:50 Wednesday at a bar in Skenderaj. The victim's death was confirmed at the medical scene.
The person who remained killed with firearms at a local in Skenderaj is the grandson of former Kosovo Liberation Army soldier Hysni Gucatit.
So Gucati himself has announced, expressing deeply in his death.
