The arrest of Kurti's illegal inspector is declared the lawyer: Iron Nikci is being investigated without concrete evidence

Arianian Koci, lawyer for Chief Inspector of the Labour Inspectorate, Iron Nikci, has described Nikic's arrest as unobstructed and unnecessary.

Koci has said justice should remain independent and impartial, alluding thus that Nikic's arrest is not fair.

He has said it is a matter of legal interpretation of the legal actions of the parties in an administrative dispute.

As Mr. Iron Nikci, expresses my concern about his ban and the way he handles this case. This prohibition is unnecessary and unfounded. Mr. Nikci is being investigated without concrete evidence for his criminal responsibility, while the way this process is under way does not resemble a fair and legal investigation. Moreover, it is a matter of legal interpretation of the legal actions of the parties in an administrative dispute. Justice should remain independent and impartial, without being influenced by political or other interests. We will use all legal means to protect Mr. Nikci and to ensure a fair and transparent process”, Koci's reaction is said.

Nikci has been detained for 48 hours at the Pristina Prosecutor's Order.

He's suspected of three criminal acts: Misuse of official position or authority, Cening of rights from the work relationship and unauthorized use of property.
