The chief of the EU office in Kosovo, Ambassador Aivo Orav, has announced that he has visited a poll in Vushtrri to better understand the election's development.
“The EU has set out the mission to monitor all aspects of this process. Kosovo's citizens must exercise their right to vote and freely express their choice of”, he wrote in XÉ.
