He has estimated that what is seen as success in the north is simply an unstable status quo.
In his account in “Facebook”, Ramadani has written that Kurti has reached agreement which gives Kosovo Serbs territorial and political autonomy.
“A few words about the truth about “successful” of Kurti Government in the country's north: Albin Kurti has reached agreement, which is granted to Kosovo Serbs territorial and political autonomy based in the country's north. 1) The only official statute that exists on the table is a document referring to Resolution 1244, thus re-uniting the uncertainty of Kosovo's political status. 2) The only official statute that exists on the table is a document that envisions establishing an international Arbitrage that resolves issues between Kosovo and Association. This excludes the Constitutional Court from its role as the latest legal rule in Kosovo. Instead, there is an Arbitrazh established in Brussels, from emissaries like Lajcak and Borrell, who are the final authority for interpreting the agreement. This is the opposite of sovereignty and self - determination. With arbitration, Kosovo is neither sovereign nor self-determination”, he wrote, citing other actions of Kurti Government.
The Kurti government, like past governments, has pledged that it will not send the KFOR to the country's north without co-ordination with KFOR. 4) In the Bratislava Agreement, Kurti Government has agreed not to send the Special Unit to the country's north. Someone might say: “Well against the deal, Government has continued to send.” Well this is an additional problem, because disrespecting the agreements it has reached itself has brought Kosovo under measures and sanctions. What is seen as success in the north is simply a unstable status quo in a territory that has Serb majority, not represented politically, which is presenting itself as the victim of a government that does not respect international agreements, thus creating an impression outside of Kosovo that they are a persecuted and politically oppressed minority”, he wrote.
