The Regulatory Commission at the CEC in Albania, during today, approved details of the ballot sheet to be sent to Albanian voters in the diaspora.
According to euronea.al, the ballot sheet for immigrants will have two vertical strips on its back in a rough shade of blue, which will distinguish it from the voting sheet for domestic voters.
So far, over 131 thousand people have registered on the CEC's official site, while the deadline for voter registration is March 4th.
