The Association of Kosovo Journalists AGK calls on politicians, senior state and party officials, candidates for prime ministers and deputies, as well as citizens, to respect the work of journalists and not to take actions that could prevent them from carrying out their duties.
Each attempt to intimidate, censorship or obstruct journalists during their professional duties is unacceptable and violates citizens' right to real-time information.
The AGK also calls on all journalists, cameramen and media teams to carry IDs of the job, showing that they are media employees, and, if available, to wear vests with a P inscription. RIS.
We encourage you to report every incident and potential and maintain continued communication with your editorials as well as with AGK. AGK will be available to its members throughout the election day and will closely monitor the safety of journalists on the ground.
