The LDK through a Facebook post said Abdixhiku and Guerot discussed recent developments in the country, with particular focus on the election process and, reportedly, issues related to the counting and Certificate of results by the CEC.
“Mayor Abdixhiku reaffirmed the importance of completing and certification as soon as the results on the principles of democracy in full. President Obadiah also expressed gratitude for the continued support France has given and continues to give Kosovo in our efforts towards integration processes”.
“During the meeting was also discussed deepening co-operation between the Democratic League of Kosovo and international friends, who have an important role in supporting the development and strengthening of the democratic institutions of Kosovo”, said further in the LDK announcement.
