Pristina, February 7th 2025 The Central Election Commission has approved the acceptable list of polling stations in which the voting process will be scrapped on February 9th 2025 in the Kosovo Assembly Elections.
Under the Law for General Elections, the provisional voting process has undergone a change. The conditional vote is possible again, but this kind of vote will not be allowed at any polling station as in past election processes.
In order to enable conditional voting, the CEC has assigned a polling station to each municipality. So, throughout the Republic of Kosovo, there are only 38 polling stations with a total of 56 polling stations in which parole voting is allowed.
In the Kosovo Assembly Elections, conditional voting is possible for voters in any municipality, as Kosovo is a single electoral zone and in every municipality distributes ballots with the same content.
The CEC allows conditional voting for voters who have their name on the voting list, but for objective reasons cannot vote at the specific location.
The bail vote count takes place at the Counting and Results Centre, several days after election day, after completing the initial procedures.
This is the list and address of polling stations for the conditional vote on February 9, 2025:
