Kosovo police have issued an important appeal to citizens, urging them to be attentive to suspicious messages and emails that may contain deceptive links.
In a post made on social networks, Kosovo Police announced: ” Ape for caution! Honored citizens, please be alert to suspicious messages and emails that may contain deceptive links”
In the appeal, police stressed that citizens should not open suspicious links, nor share their personal data with unknown sources, as this could lead to victimisation from possible cyber attacks.
“Do not open up and do not share personal data with unknown sources, as you can become the victim of cyber attacks”, police said, adding that in case citizens can contact the Kosovo Police for support and verification, using the 192 emergency number.
