The labour inspector has indicated that during the last inspection, due to serious violations of the provisions for security and health at work, the decision was made to ban the temporary work and had been fined to the subject.
However, this subject had not respected the ban and had continued the work in opposition to the Inspectorate's order.

About Tragic Workplace Cases
The deep-wage Central Labour Inspectorate reports public opinion that today there has been a serious accident at the workplace in a business subject with construction activity in the Prizren region, where a worker has suffered serious bodily injuries, which, despite medical efforts, have resulted fatally after being sent to QKU.
The Labour Central Inspectorate expresses the most sincere and profound condolences for the family of the late worker, sharing with them the pain of losing their loved one's life.
After emerging at the site of the event and review of the circumstances, it has been found that the subject in question had earlier been the object of inspection by the Labour Inspectorate, within the actions undertaken in the construction sector in the Prizren region.
During the latest inspection, because of serious violations of the provisions for security and health at work, a decision had been made to ban the temporary work and had been fined to the subject.
Despite this legal decision, however, the subject had not respected the ban and had continued the work in opposition to the Inspectorate's order, for which another fine had been pronounced.
This case once again shows the importance of respecting the decisions of the Labour Inspectorate and legal standards for job safety aimed at protecting workers ' lives and health.
The Central Labour Inspectorate is undertaking all legal actions for the full lighting of the case, and will co-operate closely with the competent bodies of investigative for the legal responsibilities of the subject.
