Police spokesman for the Gjilan region, Ismet Hashani, has confirmed that the case occurred in the hours of Friday afternoon.
According to initial information from police, the worker is from the village of Kabash of the municipality of the Year, and at the moment of the incident he had been performing construction work in question.
The injured man has been rushed to the House of Health in Gjilan and later transferred for further treatment to the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo (QKUK) in Pristina, due to his serious health situation.
