One more week-time- Kurti hard to find coalition partners: Will the new government be formed?

Last Saturday, the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, mandated Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti to form Kosovo's new government. This step was completed eight months after general elections held on February 9th of this year. It was because [...]
However, despite that, the essence of the issue here remains the formation of the new government.
For the latter, LVV and its leader Kurti needs a coalition, since this party alone has the necessary majority.
But, a coalition, it seems Kurt has a hard time getting there. This was based on the very statements of other parties.
Yesterday, on this very topic, Democratic League of Kosovo deputy Paris Guri was declared.
We will not vote, just as you and the citizens of Kosovo know. We have received several invitations to enter the coalition with the Vetevendosje Movement from the very beginning, namely when the first steps started for the constitution. We have all rejected them, for reasons we think the Democratic League of Kosovo is not ready to rule with LVV, given that their governance over the past four years, has been misgoverned with all dictatorships, in all ministries. So this time we will not co-govern or vote the government of Vetevendosje”, said yesterday Stone.
Against such a coalition with VV has been declared by the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the newspaper Express writes.
Ferat Shala from this party has dismissed such a possibility. The same in a statement given to Front Online days ago said that this party had no idea, purpose or any activity regarding any coalition.
Neither has there been any idea nor purpose nor activity in this regard, the positions of the Democratic Party are known we have no kind of coalition, nor do we plan with the Vetevendosje Movement. I don't believe that the Democratic Party, votes a government of the Vetevendosje Movement which has so far been in power, and Kosovo has brought international isolation, European sanctions, poverty and economic poverty, and many other damages that have resulted economically and politically to Kosovo”, he has said.
But unlike the two parties mentioned above, NISMA has left an open opportunity for co-operation with the VV.
That's why MP Xhevahire Izmaku has been declared. However, even this party has imposed conditions on Kurt, which relate to the issue of chief parliamentary position.
There is no discussion as to the government anything. There's nothing going on. There's still a new situation. We have been against the vote for chairman of the Assembly for Mr. Basha, and there has been no further. I'm saying, if it starts with new cards, it starts all over again, and it's about a new political situation. Of course, thinking that the Andy needs a very, very urgent need to create institutions. In this direction, the Initiative is meant to help. In any circumstance even if there is another process where other subjects enter the talks, we will support it. If it's just us, then we'll set up this requirement because the country needs a unique figure, fully like Mr. Limaj who would lead the most important institution of lawmakers in the country, such as the Parliament. And that brings about unification because we see that the political scene is divided, and in the wake of major processes in national interest, we need to have leadership that has and brings unification”, has declared EO MP NISMA.
Otherwise, the deadline for presenting the new government cabinet is October 26th, next Sunday. Regarding the formation of new institutions, there have also been calls from the country's main friends and allies, who have stressed the need for the country to have institutions as soon as possible. /Periscopi/
