After PZAP had pushed the political subject's complaint back into effect The LVV, the latter has filed a complaint with the Supreme Court, demanding that “investigation into the original books of voting for Elez's Khan Community, prove that the high number of cases of assistance constitutes violations of Article 10 of the 12-2024 and of the principle of the secret of voting”, and “the command to repeat voting where violations are verifiable and impact the final outcome of the” elections.
The College of the Supreme Court praised the legality of the controversial decision, in terms of complaints, complaints in complaint, and after reviewing even the paperwork, found that the complaint is groundless.
According to the Supreme Court, if such a complaint or any other complaint were considered on merit or content even in cases where it is post-affordable, it would be a violation of judicial security and we would have prolongation of the election cycle.
