Of the results released by 100% of the already counted votes, Alban Hyseni of the VV and Arber Ismajli of LDK will go to the runoff. Of the results released by 100% of the already counted votes, Alban Hyseni of the VV and Arber Ismajli of LDK will go to the runoff.
Hyseni received 49.79% of the vote, while Ishmael 34.24% broadcasts Periscopi.
Even with a higher score, Hyseni will likely be in a run-off -- even though VV hopes for the vote collection from diaspora and conditional ones.
