Local elections in Kosovo are being held today, and the Central Election Commission has published a brochure informing citizens how they should vote.
Initially, the yellow ballot is for mayor and should only be voted for a candidate.
While the blue ballot is for the Municipal Assembly, and it has to be voted for a political subject and for a candidate.
Similarly, the CEC has called on citizens to take care to protect the secret of the vote.
