As Vienna police explained about “Heute”, Albanian fans met in “Cafe Twiks”, and Serbian fans in “Cafe City”.

Pyrotechnic equipment broke out during the course of the match. After the match ended, around 10:30, fans both Albanians and Serbs demanded a confrontation. Albanian fans tried to approach Serbian fans several times. However, officers managed to prevent this, police told “Heute”.

After the match, a row took place in nearby Frederick Morton Park, but this too was stopped by the officers on time.

Numerous identity checks were conducted, several administrative orders were issued for fines, and charges were filed.

Command licenses were also suspended for drugs and alcohol, over-speed and lack of a driving license.
