U.S. starts the World with the goals, wins 4-1 over Paraguay

The United States of America began the World Cup in Group D in the best way, beating 4-1 Paraguay in “SoFi Stadium” in Los Angeles, in the opening match of the tour held Saturday morning with the Albanian clock.
Before the start of the meeting, the official World opening ceremony was held in the United States, third behind those in Mexico and Canada, with performances by international artists known as Katy Perry, LISA, Rema, Anita and Futre.
US President Donald Trump was not present at the stadium, but he was taught that he contacted the team to motivate before the match.
The match was marked by a remarkable atmosphere in which thousands of fans created a true spectacle of American color and patriotism. Hollywood stars and popular sports personalities closely followed the challenge, turning the event into one of the biggest openings in the tournament.
The US unblocked the score as early as 7th minute after a Bodada carol, marking the tournament's first goal for the local team. In the 28th minute, Balog's goal was cancelled for an out-of-play position, but the assailant reacted immediately, marking in the 31st minute after Christian Pulsic's assisting. At the end of the first part, Balog achieved the third goal, practically sealing the match.
In the second half, Paraguay managed to narrow the figures to 3-1 with Maurizio's goal in the 73rd minute, but failed to return to the game. In overtime, Reyna also scored the fourth goal for the US, setting the final score of 4-1.
With this victory, the US takes the helm of Group D by 3 points, while the group's next match between Turkey and Australia is expected to take place tomorrow at 0600.
