Valon Luka appears in a harsh reaction to Behgjet Pacolli

Former Vlora airport manager Valon Luka has reacted publicly after Behgjet Pacolli's recent statements concerning Vlora International Airport.

Luka has called Pacolli's statements completely false and without any actual basis, stressing that no non-responsive and internationally equipped documents exist for every step of procedures, including acting decisions and authorisations signed by Pacolli himself and the company Mabco Construction SA.

He added that all documents and bank transfers have already been handed over to the Tirana Prosecution as official evidence testifying to the full legality of his actions.

Luka also announced that she would file slander and damage image to Pacolli, linking all relevant evidence and communications.

Regarding statements recently published by Mr. Behgjet Pacolli concerning Vlora International Airport and mentioning my name directly, I feel obliged to react publicly to clarify my opinion and defend my personal and professional integrity.

Mr. Pacolli is completely false and without any actual basis.
I am sorry that a person who has been fully aware of each stage and every step of relevant procedures today chooses to make false statements, while for every act there are non-enabled and internationally equipped documents, including action decisions and authorisations signed not only by Mr. Behgjet Pacolli, but also from Mabco Construction SA, Lugano, as the stock owner.

All these documents, along with bank transfers between the parties involved in this transaction, have already been handed over to the Tirana Prosecution as proof and official evidence testifying to the legality and full transparency of any of my actions.

In such circumstances, because of false statements and slanders that seriously damage my image and reputation, I have decided to file charges of image damage and slander by attaching all relevant evidence, documents, and communications that prove the opposite of any claim made publicly.

I remain committed to truth, law and institutions, convinced that justice will prove every fact and that public opinion will be announced with the full reality of this issue.
