Trump announced the highest tariffs in a post in Social Truth on Saturday, referring to a commercial broadcast aired by Canada's Ontario province government presenting a video of late President Ronald Reagan, a Republican icon, saying tariffs cause trade wars and economic disaster, Reuters writes, broadcast Periscope.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said on Friday that Canada was ready to resume trade talks with the United States.
