His lawyer has announced that his client is on official visit abroad.
Meanwhile, Sali Zyba, Victory Pacolli and Drita Milaku were present at the session as being accused of using weapons at the Pristina Foundation Court.
However, in the absence of Svechla, the session was canceled.
Millaku, Zyba, Svechla and Pacolli are accused of throwing tear gas into the Kosovo Assembly Hall in 2018.
