The arrest occurred in the Paris region late Wednesday, the BFM said, adding that the man allegedly attended the scene when the robbery occurred.
Four hood thieves stole precious jewelry from the Apollo and Louvre gallery, home to the French Crown Jewels, during opening hours the morning of October 19th, revealing safety shortages at the world's most visited museum.
Two men arrested last weekend on suspicion of forced entry into the museum through a window on the upper floor and stealing precious objects have” partially admitted” their involvement in the robbery, the Paris prosecutor said on Wednesday.
