Supreme Returns PZAP Election Decision to Klokot

Supremei estimates that, out of claims stemming from complaints, Emini has complained about the process and irregularities during voting day, and not against preliminary results exposed by the CEC, as she claimed. PZAP's decision.
Amber Emini, with the date 13,10.2025, has complained at PZAP, with the claim that “with the date 12.10.2025 local elections in Klokot, Serbia has intervened in the electoral system in the Klokot municipality, producing Serbian medical evidence of parallel structures to use voters with assistance to use this medical confirmation”.
Arber Amyni, the independent candidate, the only Albanian in the race for Klokoti chairman, has received 24% of the vote -- 518 votes altogether. Two Serbian candidates rank before him: Srecko Spasac from the “party Srpska Narodna Sloga”, with 31 per cent or 673 votes, and Bozidar Dejavic from the Serbian List, which has come out first with 41 per cent or 883 votes.
