This court confirmed the Election Panel's decision on Ances and Parases on 24 October.
“PZAP has rejected Arber Emin's complaint as unfounded, the latter has filed a complaint to the Supreme Court, proposing that “is ordered to revote for the Klokot municipality due to numerous legal and procedural violations during the day of the vote, not to comply with the decision of the Supreme Court No.A.93/2025 and the intervention of Serbian illegal structures in the Kosovo election process”
This court found that agreement PZAP's, it's fair and legal and “that the presupposor of the complaint in support of his claims has offered no clear and convincing evidence. /Periscope/
