Meta, who is in the cell for a year, had demanded the abolition of earlier First and Special Appeal decisions, which had rejected his request for release, reports A2 CNN.
The Meta file and several other co-deserts are still in the phase of preliminary review at the Special Court. The former president is charged with criminal acts of “corruption”, “use of task” and “Hide and defaulting property”.
