Spiropal: Albania is at the forefront for EU membership, Serbia behind, refuses crime and ethnic cleansing in Kosovo

Albania's Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, spoke in “Top Story” concerning the group chapters Albania has opened for EU membership, while naming our country at higher levels than Serbia.
