Is sovereignty failing in the north? Serbian List won 9 out of 10 Serb-run municipalities without runoff

Yesterday, in all municipalities in Kosovo, including Serb majority are held local elections. Over 12 hours, Kosovo citizens have had the opportunity to vote their favourite candidate for mayor, as well as the one for the Municipal Assembly. The same process has been carried out by Serb citizens of Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo, including those in the north and other municipalities.
Although there were candidates in almost every majority Serb municipality, neither of them won.
Nine of the ten Serb majority municipalities have won the Serbian List without a run-off with very high percentage of the vote. Only in the Klokot municipality will there be a run-off between the two Serbian candidates.
Serbian List candidate for Leposaviqi chairman Zoran Todic has won this race with 70.35% of the vote, or 2 thousand and 384 votes.
Todic has left behind himself Vladimir Radosavljevic with 11,45%, Vesna Pantovic with 6.76%, Ivan Vuckovic with 6,11%, Nenad Radosavljevic with 2,63%, and the sixth consecutive, PDK's Shaqir Hetem, with only 1.71% of the vote or 58 Sosh.

As in Leposavic, even Novoberda has won the Serbian List candidate Sasa Milosevic with 62.3% of the vote, or 3 thousand and 569 sos. He has left behind himself Bajrush Ymerin of the LDK with $21.84, Abdel Gashi of the VV with 9.9%, the AAK's Avdil with 3.5% and PDK Selatin Nuhi with 2.39%.

The same has happened in the Shrpca municipality, where Serbian List candidate Ivica Tanasijevic won without a run-off with 59,44%. He has left the PDK's Gavri Sahini with 9,85%, Stefan Stamenkovic from Yednacos' Pravd with 8,68%, Valmir Ahmetin of the LDK with 8.67%, Sladan Nikolcevic with 8,25% and Speed the VV Arif with 5.37%.

The Serbian list has also won in Zubin Potok, with candidate Milos Perovic gathering 70,99%. Next is Milja Bisevac from Srpski Narodni Pokret with 6,99%, VV's VV Vhmeti with 5.66%, Izmir Zeqiri The PDK with 4.69%, Stefan Vulovic from Kosovski Savez with 4.47% and Gordana Mihajlovic with 3.14 %.

The Serbian list has also triumphed in Zvecan, with candidate Dragisa Milovic receiving 86,66% of the vote. The second candidate in this municipality has emerged Zoran Obrenovic with 8.47% of the vote, the VV's Fetah Peci with 2.09%, Ilir Peci of The PDK, with 1.5% and Sladjana Pantovic from Ujedinjnje with 0.94%.

Without a run-off, the Serbian List also took the Gracanica municipality, despite all Albanian parties running with a common candidate, Leutrim Ajetin from the Albanian Alliance.
Novak Zivic from the Serbian List has won 62.54%, Leutrim Ajeti from the Albanian Alliance with 23.1.5%, Igor Rasic from Za Slobodu Pravdu of Opstanak with 12.9%, Goran Marinkovic from Kosovski Savez with 1,41%.

In the next four years, even Ranilluga will be led by Serbian List candidate Tanja Antic, who has won 71.05%. The second candidate on the basis of the outcome in these elections is Ivan Petrovic from Srpski Narodni Pokret with 14,08%, then Igor Mitic from Za Slobodu Pravdu of Opstanak in 12,71% and Bojan Arsic from Kosovski Savez with 2.16%.

Even Partesh was won firmly by Serbian List candidate Dragan Petkovic, who received 89,88% of the vote, while the second came up to Sladjan Mladenovic with 10.12%.

Milan Radojevic will be the mayor of northern Mitrovica in the next four years, after winning the elections by 60,25% of the vote. Following him is Marko Jaksic from Gradanska initiated Sever za svve with 12,2.8%, Erden Attic with 10.8% of the vote, Aleksandar Arsenijovic from Republika Srpska with 7.29%, the Hamza Azemi butterflies from PDK don't 4.09%, and Nenad Vukmovic from Za Slobodu Pravdu of Opstanak with 1.5%%.

The only municipality in which the Serbian List has gone to the runoff is Klokot's.
Bozidar Dejanovic has garnered 41,62% of the vote, going first to go to the runoff with Srecko Spasic from Republika Srpska, Narodna Sloga, who has garnered 31,43% of the vote. Arber Amyni has garnered 23,50 of the vote, while Goran Marinkovic from Kosovski Savez has received 3.45%.

Serbian List Chairman Zlatan Ellek, has stated in northern Mitrovica yesterday that the Serbian List has marked “convincing profits”.
This is not just the victory of the Serbian List, this is the victory of the Serbian people, the unity and union of the Serb and all that is Serb in Kosovo”, Ellek said.
He thanked Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, and Serbia's Government for support.

“Another victory... Congratulations to the Serbian List and to our hardworking people in the Office for Kosovo”, he wrote on social networks.
In the past two years, four northern municipalities have been led by Albanian mayors.
