Who Goes and Who Comes
Vilma Premti has been appointed deputy minister for Europe and foreign affairs, replacing Silda Chapen, who has been discharged. This change comes at an important moment for Albanian diplomacy, in the context of relations with the EU and European integration.
In the Ministry of Justice, Clay Karameta's country will take over Elona Hoxha, which comes to this role in a period where justice remains one of the main pillars of institutional reform in the country.
Besian Cadiu has been appointed deputy minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, at a time when the sector is going through strategic investments and significant transformations in renewable energy and transport.
In the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Fatmir Guri has been appointed deputy minister, taking over the challenges of rural development and sustainable growth of the agricultural sector.
Meanwhile, Ana Kapaj, who held the post of deputy minister of education and sports, has been relieved. A replacement for the post has not yet been appointed.
