In its request to MPs, this union says it must avoid repeating the August situation, when workers were left without salaries and RTK's functioning was jeopardised.
SPARTK emphasises that it has made official request at the RTK Board and Management address in the early month of October concerning workers' payments, but so far has received no response.
“Therefore, we publicly seek transparency and clear notice of the wage situation. The union does not prejudge any budget-related situation, but requires responsibility and transparency on this issue, as the salary is legal and legitimate for the work that all RTK employees have accomplished:
The RTK “is currently in significant programming and development processes, while the lack of budget seriously jeopardises the continuation of these projects and the stability of the public institution.
SPARTK urges the Parliament to act immediately for: The 2025 budget adjustment for RTK, to avoid any salary delay; The RTK Board's urgent co-operation to enable full quantum functioning; the 2026 budget increase, institutional development and quality programmes according to European standards.
The RTK Workers' Union also announces it will appear very soon with legal attitudes and actions, if according to her “lack of institutional responsibility continues and workers remain without dignified financial treatment”.
We seek urgent intervention of the Parliament to ensure financial stability, institutional functionality and protection of RTK workers' rights”.
