Ferizaj, October 31st 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj announces public opinion that he has sought from the Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, the appointment of the detention measure against defendants F. M.- Ferizaj municipality, due to suspicion of criminal activity “Dhunmi” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the prosecution's request, there is doubt based on the fact that from September to October 27, 2025, about 2: 00 a.m. at midnight, at Ferizaj, exactly in the defendant's residence, the same one has been repeatedly violated - sexually abused by the 14-year-old minor, with this having to carry out the ongoing criminal work “>2x1> by Article 6 concerning paragraph 4 in paragraph 4.7 concerning paragraph 1 and 1st CPR.
The defendant F.M., since October 31st 2025, with the State Prosecutor's decision, is under the 48-hour ban on high-profile criminal work.
