Ramadan through a post on social Facebook network has said that <x0ner Kosovo votes for local elections” and predicted that between 9 and 11 municipalities will elect their mayors in the first round by excluding 11 majority minority municipalities.
Kosovo will vote for local elections tomorrow. I expect 9 to 11 municipalities will be elected mayors in the first round, so tomorrow!
