Ramadani stresses that party and personal interests have been placed on state-run interests, blocking the functioning of the Assembly by various means.
The “Krit blockades over six months have only one reason: the lack of parliamentary majority to make government. Consequently, neither in April nor in October there are majority voting for the Kurti Government 3. Thus, party and personal interest was placed on state interests, and the Assembly was kept blocked, using various instruments”, he said.
According to him, neither the new coalition nor the corruption of deputies in late October is expected, while early parliamentary elections in December remain possible unless the Constitutional Court decides the Interim Mass due to the Serbian deputies' complaint.
“The truth of this has not changed. I do not expect any coalition surprise or corruption of MPs in this October end. Kosovo could go to early parliamentary elections in December. This can only be postponed by the Constitutional Court if it decides on the Interim Mass following the Serbian deputies' complaint about the constitutional institution of the Parliament”, Ramadani added.
He warns that Kosovo could enter 2026 with a deep political, budgetary and institutional crisis.
““This way, Kosovo passes into 2026 deep political, budgetary and institutional crisis”, Ramandani told Blic newspaper, says. Periscope.
