Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama is in Paris to attend the annual Peace Forum, since he was earlier in Riyadh. Rama will speak at the “Diplomacy panel in a divided world: regional leadership and the future of multilateralism”, where it is expected to highlight the role of the Balkans in new international architecture.
