Today's raids on Zubin Potok and Zvecan by the Special Prosecutor in co-operation with the Kosovo Police were conducted in the framework of an investigation into the murder of European Union for Rule of Law officer in Kosovo ( EULEX ) A.S., with the aim of verifying information and identifying possible relevant evidence.
During the operation, seven people were escorted to the police, and after the interview they were released in regular procedure.
According to the prosecution's announcement, police investigators from the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and Crime have conducted raids at two locations in Zvecan and at seven locations in Zubin Potok, under suspicion of committing criminal acts:
risking United Nations personnel or related personnel;
Rattle kill;
Attack the official person while performing official duty.
While implementing the search warrant, as an important procedural step under an ongoing investigation, material evidence such as two weapons, ammunition, nationalist content, dyllby, documents, various electronic devices, and so on have been found and seized.
