According to Central Election Commission, candidate The PDK's current chairman, Shaqir Totaj, has received 566 votes or 31.73 per cent simultaneously, Periscopi explains. According to Central Election Commission, candidate The PDK's current chairman, Shacir Totaj, has received 566 votes, or 31.73 percent, Periscope.
In contrast, VV counterCandidate Artan Abrashi has 594 votes, or 33.30 percent.
The difference between Abrashi and Totaj is only 28 votes.
And the candidate from LDK, Driton Selmanaj, has received 203 votes 11.38 per cent of the vote.
Shacir Totaj and Artan Abrashi will compete for Prizren's first post in the November 9th runoff.
