At the same time, the QNR is continuing the process of counting ballots from the provisional vote, while after its completion the count of persons with special needs is expected to begin.

Even these results are being published on the online platform, in the “resultable QNR voting condition” section.

The conditional vote was held at 54 special locations in 38 municipalities, while voting out of place through mobile teams during election day.

At first, conditional ballotes from Decani, Istog, Kacanik, Fushe Kosovo, Kamenica, Shtrpce, Mamusha, Hani of Elez, Ranillu and North Mitrovica will be counted, where the scan of voter lists has already been closed.

In total, there are over 2,119 ballot envelopes belonging to two types of elections, while the number of registered voters is above 3,467.

Also under way in the CNR is the process of scanning the Voters' List, which is a key step towards ensuring the integrity of the elections.

This procedure allows voter comparison in regular polls with those who have voted on bail to identify the eventual cases of double voting. /Periscope/
