Pulling out of mailbox ballot packages in 22 countries ends

The Central Election Commission reports that on Tuesday the process of pulling parcels that belong to the vote outside Kosovo through mail in the Local Elections for Assembly Speakers and Communist Places has been completed.

The withdrawal of the ballot package was made from CEC mailboxes in 22 different states, as well as from the CEC mailbox in Kosovo, the CEC reports.

“According to data recorded by this process, 33,841 alleged ballot packages have been attracted, which after arriving in Kosovo will undergo the evaluation and counting process at the Counting and Results Centre”, the report said.

During the census process, the number of citizens registered to vote via mail in the 2025 local elections was 43,933 citizens, meanwhile, the voting period had begun on 17 September and ended on October 11th 2025./ Periscopi/
