Dear Faton,
As political maneuvers, your move is interesting and may have the potential to mobilise your voting base. But legally, this initiative has no concrete value.
There is no concept in our system of <x0 criminal administration.” Physical or legal persons have neither competence nor legal right to file criminal charges. The only party authorized to do so is the State Attorney.
You can make a criminal statement, that's to inform the Prosecutor of a certain suspicion, but that doesn't mean that the confession is taken automatically into consideration or that it produces a legal effect.
In a broader plan, there is no real political benefit from this movement. Victorys in the election are not determined by exe poll, nor by indictments.
They get jobs from neighborhood to neighborhood, door to door because that's where the verdict is real and final.
