The CEC today has announced final results for mayors. The Prizren municipality will also go to the runoff. The two candidates who received the most votes are Shacir Totaj and Artan Abrashi. Shaqir Totaj (PDK): 41.45 percent Artan Abrashi (VV): 30.39 percent. The runoff will be held on November 9th.
