Albin Kurti has failed to get the necessary votes in the Kosovo Assembly for forming the “government, Kurti 3”.
For Kurti pro, 55 MPs voted, while parties of the former opposition voted and also abstained four MPs.
Following testimony to Kurti's government creation, the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has to decide that within the 10-day deadline, whom I will give the mandate for forming the government, under the same procedure.
But when is Osman expected to invite political parties to the meeting for consultations?
Bekim Kupina adviser for the media has told indesconline that parties will be invited for consultations within the constitutional deadline.
Under the legal deadline, it turns out that the last date Osman should invite political parties to the meeting is November 5th.
While political parties expect an invitation from Osmani, on the other hand the Constitutional Court is still handling a Serbian List complaint about the election of the Assembly deputy chairman from the ranks of the Serb community.
