The detention measure, suspects Shala, was assigned after holding the hearing.
“Special Procurory has taken action on the basis of some information we have had in co-operation with the Founding Prosecutor in Prizren, namely, the chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Prizren, and as a result we have decided that we have arrested the defendant for whom we have filed a request today for the detention assignment. We today submitted the request before the Court and are now awaiting the final verdict. We have based the request on some evidence that has been provided in advance during the investigation phase so far. And we are now waiting for the outcome of other actions, rather than what it offers us on this subject”, Gashi said.
