According to the court's announcement, October 21, 2025, about 20:20 in the village of S. of Elez Han's municipality, the minor allegedly organised the illegal transition of five Chinese citizens from Kosovo's territory to northern Macedonia.
Investigations indicate that the minor had previously communicated with migrants in Serbia, and it was agreed that each person would receive 20 euros. He had then brought them to Kosovo and provided a vehicle, which was directed by an unidentified person. Migrants were detained by border patrols on Kosovo's partition line, North Macedonia, and escorted to the Kacanik border police station, where the minor was arrested.
The detention decision was taken by preliminary procedure judge Shabi Idrizi, who praised the prosecutor's request as based. The court announced that the complaint against the ruling does not suspend his execution.
