The VV's Bulliqi is leading in Podujevo by 47.7 per cent, thus leaving the Ekrem Hyseni of LDK counterCandidat with 38.8 per cent, according to Baton Hagi and T7 survey, writes Periscopi. According to these data, Bulqi and Hyseni are seen in the runoff on November 9th.
