The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, has announced that in co-ordination with Kosovo police - NJHP in Gjilan has detained one person for 48 hours with the initial D.K. from the village of Verbovc Klokoti, due to suspicion of having committed criminal work, the signing of free voter definition, reports Periscope.
“Foundation Procurory in Gjilan, within deadlines defined under the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kosovo, will exercise any of the measures to ensure the defendant's presence in criminal procedure, which will be carried out”, the prosecution reported.
