The “means toʹtoalize when it is a bigger issue; it means breaking the Constitution and others. This is a very dangerous tendency to create an anarchy, because how it comes out of constitutional order to enter the domain of anarchy, and to put politics on the Constitution what Vetevendosje is trying to do for electoral purposes. I think that this very tendency of the VV should be punished by the electorate, because we don't understand that this tendency is political calculations; but it's a dangerous political calculator that hits our faces every day and can send us to the collapse of the state. I think the greatest wish so far is for Kosovo to collapse, blaming others without taking responsibility for itself. This is the greatest risk”, he said, adding that the situation of collapse is convenient to get into a totally non-co constitutional situation.

Further, Peci said that when everything is over, there is a demand for a new constitution.
