Peci: Kosovo needs progressive, liberal leadership to ensure strong Western support

He added that these developments could pave the way for Kosovo membership in organisations such as INTERPOL and U NESTO, but warned that a progressive and liberal government leadership and stronger support from Western countries are needed for this.
