He said these recognitions have created a new dynamic legitimacy for Kosovo citizenship, following a period of stagnation since 2020.
According to Peci, this trend relates to global geopolitical changes and weakening Russian influence.
He added that these developments could pave the way for Kosovo membership in organisations such as INTERPOL and U NESTO, but warned that a progressive and liberal government leadership and stronger support from Western countries are needed for this.
