Pacolli: Noterial action in case “VIA” is false and secretly performed

Former AKR Chairman Behgjet Pacolli has reacted through a public statement regarding the “case. VIA”, stressing that the whole situation has resulted from irresponsible and illegally alleged actions of Vjolca Selimi's swimmer, Periscope follows.

Pacolli has clarified that neither he nor any representative authorised by the MABCO Construction SA company, owner of 98% shares at Vlora Airport, have ever been to the Selimi swimming office, have not met, communicated or signed any documents in its presence.

According to him, the swimmer has included false statements in a 2023 act, claiming he was physically present and signed documents in her office something Pacolli calls “completely false”.

All of this connected situation with VIA has come as a consequence of irresponsible and illegal actions of swimmer Vjollca Selimi, secretly undertaken and in the absence of the legal party.

In respect of the right to public opinion information, I declare the following:

According to reports published today in the media, notary in Tirana, Mrs. Valbona Selimi, has claimed the parties were present during the signing of the action of transfer of shares from MABCO Construction SA to society “2A”.

In this case, I publicly explain that neither I nor any person authorized by MABCO Construction SA, headquartered in Lugano, owner of the 98% shares which stem from the investment at Vlora International Airport, we have never been in her office, we haven't met the Selimi swimmer, we haven't had any communication with her or with her representatives, and we haven't signed any documents or proxies in her presence. Even to this day, we do not know where her non - material activity works.

However, in a 2023 swimming act, which she describes as a prose, notary Selimi has included false statements, stating in writing that I, Behgjet Pacolli, have been physically present in her office, she then conducted my identification, then read the act in the presence of an English translator, and that, after my approval, I have signed the corresponding document.

These claims are completely false.

I don't know Selimi swim,

I've never been to her office or environments.

I have no knowledge of the existence of such a translator.

No text was ever read to me or presented by her or any other person regarding the acts mentioned.

Following, I point out that this novel act is a fundamental element of the alleged illegal activity undertaken by Mr. Valon Luka @Co., which, early in April, has attempted to realise the transfer of 47% of shares, keeping it hidden until it was accidentally discovered four months later on August 18, 25, in the documentation of the former company manager VIA.
This secret act is the source and original cause of this situation we are facing today.
